Nel suo discorso l’On. Tarzia insiste molto sull’opera preziosa che le varie associazioni di volontariato potrebbero dare ai Consultori Familiari pubblici in termini qualitativi e di interdisciplinarietà se regolamentate in una proficua collaborazione.
